MY ITEM IS DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We are sorry to hear that your order is damaged! We are happy to assist you with any issues, but first, our customer service team is obliged to receive a picture from you in order to proceed with a reorder for a replacement.


MY ITEM SIZE/COLOR IS INCORRECT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If the size/color you received is different from the one that you've ordered, we will gladly send you a new one. Please contact our Customer Service.


I'M MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We're sorry to hear that an item is missing!! Please check your order details on your order confirmation to make sure that the details are correct and as you ordered. We may have sent your items in separate parcels so, please wait patiently. If you have not received your item, please contact us and we will process it as soon as possible.


I RECEIVED MY ITEM, BUT IT DOESN’T LOOK LIKE I EXPECTED

HOW DO I CHANGE AN ORDER AFTER I PLACE IT?

If you want to change your order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Please contact us and send us a message requesting the changed specifications.
