The Tesla Model 3/Model Y Dashboard extension is made from 100% real molded carbon fiber and you can choose between a gloss or matte finish.
The dashboard is distinguished between left and right drive , please choose carefully before placing an order. lf your Tesla Model Y is made in Germany, please check whether the buckle ofthe original dashboard kit is bent or straight. lf it is bent, our replacement kit cannot be installed.

Returns Eligibility Products must be in the same condition as when received - unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Please note, steering wheels and wheels are custom products and may only be returned due to quality issues.
Initiating a Return To start a return, please contact us at support@tesery.com or use our live chat. Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to return your package. We are happy to cover the return for all non-defective or undamaged products. Damaged or defective items will, of course, also be accepted for return.
(Returns initiated due to personal preferences or subjective reasons (e.g., change of mind, dissatisfaction with the color, style, or other non-defective reasons) will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.)

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you and inform you if the refund has been approved. Please note, it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Note To expedite the return process, please ship via EMS and declare the package as a testing sample with a value under $100. Please avoid DHL/Fedex/UPS as these services may incur customs detentions, high taxes, and potential delivery issues. Losses incurred by selecting these express services for return will be borne by the sender.
