Tesery Product Warranty Policy

1. Product Categories
Tesery offers specific warranty policies for different product categories:
Non-electronic accessories: Upon receipt, customers must verify that the item is in good condition. If any quality problem is found, the product can be exchanged within 30 days after receipt. Installation or more than 30 days from the date of signing the receipt will be defaulted as intact, they will no longer enjoy any warranty.
Electronics: Tesery offers an exclusive one-year warranty to customers who purchase through official Tesery channels.


2. Warranty Scope
Replacement: If a product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, Tesery will replace it with the same or a similar model free of charge.
Refund: If repair or replacement is not possible, Tesery may offer a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.


3. EXCEPTIONAL LIABILITY This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear: damage caused by normal use or wear and tear, including consumables.
Abuse or Misuse: Damage caused by improper use, abuse, accident, unauthorized modification or repair, or exposure to extreme conditions.
Natural disasters: Damage caused by fire, flood, earthquake, or other acts of God.
Misuse: Damage or malfunction caused by failure to follow product instructions.


4. HOW TO REQUEST WARRANTY SERVICE The customer can request warranty service in the following ways:

Website form: Submit a warranty request via the website form.
When requesting warranty service, the customer is required to provide:

  • Proof of purchase.
  • Order number.
  • An image of the product clearly showing the problem.
5. SHIPPING POLICY All warranty related products will be replaced, not repaired. For products that have been in use for more than 180 days, the customer will be responsible for the actual cost of shipping a new product.
